@SanguisDiabolus I hope you saved before and using load, because its too damn wasteful to use that ammo of that alien blaster! (Oh and gattling laser ammo is wasteful too, I play fallout 3 on xbox too and put in countless hours, it's hard to make everything perfect). There are some loot and level glitches which I use as a counter weight against the PC version with his mods and console commands.

good strategy at the start with blowing the car up. Just some hints for noobs, don't battle in 3rd person unless your using melee, don't run will into battle with a single shot gun. Don't rely on vats, get t51-b if you can't actually fight and ffs hotkey stimpaks, makes life so so so much easier. Just sayin

For me, when i came out of the tunnels in L"Enfant and i came to the spot(I had both Jericho and Charon with me at the time) Enclave Teslas came landed in the center of everything. Pretty Epic Battle :]

If your wearing it, then you must have power armor training, which means you have finished the waters of life mission, which means you have encounterd enclave troops, which means you have encounterd enclave armor, which is better.
