Someone said they won't buy this game because of the way the character attacks. Silly, because the way the character moves all bent over like he's forever kicked in the nuts is more annoying.

For some reason the witcher looks abit different in the second game, plus his hair in the second game looks and moves unrealisticly....apart from that the witcher 2 is a great game...but for some reason I still like the witcher 1 .

Alright my friend recommended system specs right off the case: Pentium 4 3.0ghz // 2gb ram // Geforce 7800GTX or radeon X1950XT 512mb. And I'm going to say if you are not running that, its probably not going to run smooth.

Your pretty much just above minimum specs, I'm sure its not running to hot. I ran this on my old XPS, Core 2 duo 2.16/2gb ddr2/512mb 7950GTX.

All on high and got about 30-40 fps. So unless you running the game on low...

Yea. How does the game look on low/med? now that i think about it I never ran it on low.

Medium textures still look pretty nice. Low textures look sort of blotchy because they're so low-res. The minimum shadows level basically turns them off. It looks really awful at first, but once you get used to nobody having shadows, it's not a problem. It's not that bad, though it's nowhere near as good as all max, which I can actually run in a select few areas without terrible lag. E.G., I get about 20 FPS in Kaer Morhen interior at max settings, and about 25 at the Dike in chapter 2.

The Witcher has a lot of easter eggs, that could be understood only by Polish person for example:
