  • I know to take my leg and kick it over but how can i get the power to do it? i kick up and when my feet are to the ceiling my feet fall back and at the same time i collapse. how are you 7 and u can do it and im 12 and i can >.>

  • there backwalkovers,in backbend kickovers, you stay in your backbend before you kickover:L

  • you dont have to be able to kickover out of a bridge just to get a backhandspring. i can do a backhandspring but i cant kick out of a brigde

  • no, a back bend kickover is when u start with your good leg up.

  • No you start with your bad leg so your good leg can help you kick off of the ground.
