I cannot say it is wrong. It is because the ruling Party (PAP) never change since independence, while the opposition only gain few seats in parliament, which cause the government (headed by Prime Minister) becomes very powerful. While the president who has the power to veto the government seems to be just a puppet since he is very seldom (or maybe never) to use his power. Even so, the corruption is very low in Singapore. Very unique, isn't it?
