Well, what can I say? Ok, the notes are there, the technique is there, but. While you've played the parts fine (and added your own stuff to it), the whole essence of this solo is the soul in the vibrato. Pay more attention to that, think of it as a "vocal performance" I'd say, the guitar should be "singing the melody", with all the nice features giving it character. Then it will be fantastic.
sorry, this solo was very well played but doesnt do justice to the original tone in any way. Perhaps you want to meet somewhere and we can discuss this over coffee?
apparently to you, coffee means much more than just talk.
the aforementioned post said "he would ruin my face" - so i offered a peaceful alternative, but for some reason you have to think of raping little children.
Not only that, but amps were completely different, same with guitars and everything else back in the 70s.
I prefer that 70s tone, brian has an AWESOME tone, and it just brings out the feeling and vibrato in his brilliant solos.
The guy in the video isn't a bad guitarist at all, the tone is kinda hard to tell how good or bad it is since the camera adds to that distorted tone a little bit.
me parese a mi o tenes una super barba?? hdp cortatela asqueroso pero buen cover el solo
