@99catita I ate three meals and two snacks a day, I took a pill with my breakfast, lunch and dinner followed by a full glass of water.

Hello Amber. im just like you I hate taking pills. I bought the alli pills but so afraid to take the first pill. how did you get past that axiety and take the pill. did you get any side effects?

@sxyflgrl Hello, well I have had problems with swallowing pills all my life. I have just always been afraid that i was going to choke, but anyway I just went for it I pop it in and then drank a lot of water. But I wont lie I struggled with it every time I had to take one. I never got over they anxiety of taking the pills, and as far as side effects I didn't have any. I hope this was some what helpful.
