Rap/HipHop is dying out with a generation that's seeing it for what it is: uneducated, high school drop-out niggers that can't make a difference in the world and instead must whine about how hard their lives were in a form of "entertainment" that shouldn't be called music.
@chickenlol16 Hip-Hop isn't dying ...how can you say something like that when we still have dope MC's like Krs-ONE? they fight for the good music , for the culture and so are we by buying they're records..Hip-Hop will live forever because there's someone out there who is making dope shit and still fighting for the culture. Most of kids today don't listen to Hip-Hop ..eMpTyV rappers are Hip-POP...
@chickenlol16 Hip Hop is a whole different education, its obvious you dont understand it..so you shouldnt say is dying out if you dont even know what it is. Your perception of Rap/Hip Hop is cliche. Hip Hop is so Big it had to be manipulated to be what it is today in the eyes of most people.
Knowledge Reigns Supreme Over Nearly Everybody! It's really too bad it seems so few knew who KRS-ONE is (and might as well add to that the many pioneers of hip-hop such as DJ Kool Herc and Afrika Bambaataa and those who carried the torch later on, including Rakim, Chuck D, and even Run DMC -- I mean, many youths today don't even know Tupac.)
KRS, whether he had some lackluster production or not on some of his albums recently, his lyrics are almost always strong, intellectual and on point.
I also agree that it was his best in a while...thanks for making a good tribute video for it :) It's disappointing how few people know about the album...I'm trying my best to spread the word!

Don't try to hold on to a dying trend.
