well first mine says when i open it, " the collections file is not valid or is corrupted. a new collections file has been created." then when i try and open a video it says "C:\Documents and Settings\my name\My Documents\My Videos\video name.avi could not be imported. Unspecified error" or any media file. i can't find any answers for this on sites like yahoo answers. and my new videopad video editer keeps crashing! someone help

My problem is: sound and image do not match after I transfer movie from camcorder to my computer through Windows Movie Maker. When I watch it on camcorder the sound and image match. How to fix it? Did anyone have the same problem? Thanks for answer.

ok well my movie maker like when i record it only goes for 2 minutes and like when i make one sometimes like 30 sec it will be 2 min and the rest that was not recorded all the way
