POS local contractors! LOL! This happens A LOT! During my mother-in-law's $40K EYESORE 2-fam foreclosure, DRUG ADDICT FUCK contractor left HIS tools in the middle of HER job (converting to legal single-fam) after the first payment. She then got HER guys to finish the work w/HIS TOOLS (job so BEAUTIFUL in AND out, the neighbors COULDN'T STOP THANKING HER for the INSTANT EQUITY BOOST), then flipped it ($190K chaCHING!) and GAVE the tools (as partial payment) TO HER BROKER, who later sold them!
