I hear ya, I see it as being a "Vato-Loco Phantasy/Thriller" kinda flick. Kinda like a cross between "Living the Life-(9th Street Por Vida" and the first "Saw" movie, with Edward James Olmos thrown in. As for any meaning...well maybe not much meaning, but as for a message,.. how about- "Alot of the times you will find that the Pigs were responsible for starting shit between hoodz which result in gang banging."
