You must have really gotten a bad installer. We haven't had many issues. Check the cable and see if it is at least 3ghz on the printing on the side of it. People that try to put it in ungrounded, or with copper clad wire or a inferior ground block such as for TV constantly will have these types of problems. What package did you pay for.

I had Wild Blue for a year. It's the worst service and speed ever. Just got DSL through our rural phone company and it blows away Wild Blue.

i used to have it and its really slow. I ended the contract and returned the equipment. Four months later they sent a note saying they never got it and they were gonna send me to collection on july 7th..its the 25 now..nothing has happened (i took that as a threat). Suppostly i need to pay 310 dollars. Im not paying nothing. Ima go see what happened to the box i sent. THEYRE A SCAM!

With my Wild Blue Internet I get about 15 kb/s down and 5 kb/s up. If I got speeds as fast as you do from Wild Blue I would be ecstatic.

I have had Wild Blue for probably two years now... It is quite possibly the worst internet money can buy... If you think yours is slow... I just ran a speed test with mine and had a result of a 0.18 Mb/s download speed. I think I will go cry in the corner now
