I remember using a hacked savestate to let me play as Kuroko....every fight was a mirror match, Kuroko vs Kuroko turned us both into Haomaru, and fighting against Zankuro made Kuroko turn into a garbled unplayable mess...but with enough savestate manipulation I was able to beat Zan as well.

What was interesting was that Kuroko had a victory screen with a win quote, and he had an ending as well! What pissed me off was that the savestate was Jap. So I had no idea what his story was. =(

@xristo702 Hmm...I wonder if they considered using him as a playable or hidden character. I do recall you could use him on part 2's versus mode with some sort of code. On 3 it was for the final boss, but still only on 2 players.
