  • Who fuckin cares?

  • I used to work for fed ex. I always got the prime minister to witness every delivery. His name was colin nebulus. He lived. He glowed in the dark. He invented chess.

    I am a turnip.

  • Wow. Nothing to see here.

  • @oXDesdinovaXo when there's a time limit on how many packages needed to be moved, and things don't go "smoothly" some corners are bound to be cut... that's true in any job, any situation, physical labour, in the most general sense, get frustrating very quickly.

  • Is this the difference between FedEx workers in America and FedEx workers in England? wow...

  • @Djsp8ey i am guessing it's most expensive to ship there? and the employees are better treated as far as monetary compensation goes yea? and universal health care helps too.

you place any employee in the American system and chances of this happening increase by ten folds.

  • Doesnt any of the FedEx drivers take any pride in there work.

  • The guy isn't an employee of Fed Ex, he's either a contractor or an employee of a contractor. FedEx instructs the contractors to not carry tape and if they do they are buying it out of their own pocket. The driver should have sent it back to get re-taped when he was loading his truck, and yes these guys load their own trucks. The driver should not be pulling in the driveway and the driver actually followed company policy by leaving the package out of sight from the street.

  • you cant really be that mad at these people or package handlers in general, we are pushed relentlessly when working in the company, company expectations are 1,049 packes in 1 hour unloading and 400 a hour loading (i know this doesnt sound like alot but when packages range from 1 lb to 150 lbs) if you are under that you get written up or your hours are docked.. its a hard job and people think its just "box's" its alot harder than that

  • This has no bearing on Fedex what-so-ever. If the Shipper, Netflix , constantly doesnt pack thier boxes up securely, if you worked for Fedex would YOU want to keep fixing some cheap dumbasses packaging job from a non-profit company called Netflix?? didnt think so. Fedex is the best

  • that package should have never made it to the truck

  • Tired of fucking ignorance, it's EVERYWHERE.

Do your fucking job right, take some pride in what u doing.

  • Wow Fedex... Good job

  • Sender obviously didn't care as to how well the sealed the package.... my Grandmother can wrap a Christmas present better than this..... what do expect lol from one piece of tape traveling thousands of miles lol.

  • you shod be lucky he opened it for you

  • Lol it's by the trash!!!

  • and the sad thing is this video is not even that old -.-

  • I receive packages from UPS and FEDEX every single day at my job with the DOD. The guys we have delivering stuff are pretty squared away for the most part and I get good service, but there are times where they just try to dump crap off at the very first office to be out of the building asap and get on the orad with little care as to if its the right office.

  • *looks through comments* Wow so many idiots. Stop talking like you know what goes on behind closed doors of how your packages get delivered.

  • be pissed at the company that shipped it, they always use just one piece of tape to seal the package, it almost never makes it to the designation without opening up, its not the driver fault, and we dont carry tape to reseal a box, next time get pissed at the shipper not the driver.

  • flawless

  • Doesn't look at all like an open package being delivered. It looks more like an empty box being dumped alongside other refuse to be collected. If it were being 'delivered', I would expect the delivery man to hand it to someone and obtain a signature for the delivery.

  • So, this would have been better if they taped the box back up....which helps your problem of missing parts how???

  • I think many of these companies work understaffed or with as little people as poss to do the job correctly. In turn, things should be packed well, very well.

  • theirs a reason why someone should pack your packages really good..you just cant just ship a breakable glass with absolutely no padding on the inside i see alot of those and they sound broken even before they get on the truck for delivery. dont blame the drivers, we just deliver.. and if you want to sign for it then you should keep up with your tracking and be there at the location before we send it back to the hub to get tossed around more...

  • @DBKaiFANSokuGokuSSJ It's probably a box packed tight with several thousand disc inside, believe me, it's one of the most annoying package to load/sort/unload. I wonder if they still have that because I worked for fedex almost 5 years ago.

  • @sgf1989 I can see what happens at package sorting; that whole loading and unloading a long dark trailer full of heavy, random sized thing is not really a good job for humans.

  • FedEX should go bankrupt so these ungrateful bastards lose their jobs, this is shit.

  • FedEx stole my white gold University ring worth $1,000. They delivered the package with a hole in it and missing content. I personally accepted the package from the driver who, in response to my corporate claim, made a statement claiming the package had no holes and was left in front of the door, hence saying I stole my own ring. FedEx refuses to take any responsibility for the damage nor recompensate for the stolen item. This was my first and last time I ship with FedEx!

  • @Adiudicium1776 no insurance?

  • @morpheus3d i work for FedEx Freight, unloading and loading upwards of 53' trailers of LG, Ingram Micro, and Apple, never broke or damaged any of it. Can't speak for other FedEx divisions. Although anything I've ever had delivered that's not FedEx, is delivered damaged or never arrives due to damages. But this is clearly a driver, drivers are lazy assholes, he was the last one to see the freight, should of taped the box.

  • @morpheus3d I've seeen delivery warehouses break somethings if they can't deliver it on time.

  • I work for USPS.... We tape up open boxes. On the tape it says, "re-wrapped in usps."

  • @ablunt4me420 And I still work for Fedex and all of us dont handle pkgs like that, and if you think ups dont throw pkgs then you are a dumbfart..

  • @djjeffbates I never said everyone at FedEx damages shit u fucking moron. I just stated what I do at my job

  • Apple stuff gets toss almost by default... lmao!

  • ok this company has many videos that show they bad...however this clip the box was empty and he just put in the garbage...i cant belive he would do that with a delivery..this 1 is bs

  • 99.999999% of trucks don't have materials on their trucks to reseal stuff, obviously the shipper used crappy tape, says nothing about the quality of service, stop whining and hating on delivery drivers, not all are bad for crying out loud, i think drivers that are on tape without consent to be public doing nothing illegal should sue people like you

  • @jdznuts<----the dumbasss Driver put the package in the garbage. It was not trash fuckwad. It was someones birthday gift or christmas present that was supposed to be delivered in the condition it was mailed. Cash paid for service rendered. Contract was broken, SUE THE MOTHERFUCKERS!

  • @BreakfastBentoBox who the fuck you calling a fuckwad, people like your stupid ass need to remove your panties and get a fuckin beatdown, ignorant fuck, like you know what the fuckin package was asshole, eat a dick you pussy ass bitch, you dont know a damn thing

  • @BreakfastBentoBox and there aint no damn contract dipshit

  • @wowzers57 well, people are the problem, schmucks are everywhere, doesn't matter where you work or play; there are many schmucks online too.

Not that my opinion matters but I have to say, I have very little respect for mankind in general.

Usually, people do stupid things because they are either poorly educated or allowed to do stupid things. In our time, we have a combination of both.

  • I had a package delivered to the wrong house.. EXcuse was, there was no room left on the shipping label for my address.. according to the supervisor I complained to. The box was in the rain for 2 days before I found it, ( the home owner didnt bother telling Fed Ex it wasnt his. The box seal came undone, and the contents were soaking wet. Just toys for my dogs, but still, Fed EX has lost me as a customer.

  • Theres are 2 arguments here.1, If you have a job, do it the right way. Stop throwing peoples stuff that they paid for. 2 if you want your stuff handled right, how about you get off your ass and buy it. No reason to be buying expensive items and expect to be handled correctly. There are millions of packages. You think your Ipod stands out from the rest?

  • @cesar333 You know... there's a lot of stuff that people need for certain tasks that can't just be up and purchased at your general store in town... computer components for one... there are plenty others. Also your comment doesn't make sense. Your justifying someones negligence to do the job they applied for. I make food for a living. What if I spit in every meal I make... I'd get fired... how is this any different? Explain that to me?

  • @Danklin24 no idea, they were packed tight, probably several thousand disc packed into one, going from distribution center to center... about 60"x40"x50" or so

  • "Apple stuff gets toss almost by default."

    Fucking nice! haha

  • HA,HA!! I serioisly thought the video was going to show the FED EX truck pulling away, and a Trash truck pulling in to take the box!!

Then again...since the package was obviously open, isn't it possible that it really was just trash and the deliveryman had no room in his truck, so he placed it by the trash? Let's hope so...

  • TYPICAL, BOX IS OPEN BY THE GARBAGE...ARE YOU THINKING??? YEAP...

  • THE BOX IS OPEN, LOOK IT...

  • lol..by the garbage.............heheheeee..what an idiot

  • they threw my videogame into a pond we made 0.0

  • Why dont the shipper put on more than one piece of tape in a half empty box.

Right, blame the last guy to touch it.

  • fedex plainly sucks. more-so than ups. they have the worse record for handling packages. i never use them at all, much less ups.

  • Press 4 to safe 30 sec of ur life!:)

  • Recommend you pay for that signature or request it if you want to receive it to your door & not on a sidewalk.I always thought that the signature for received parcels was mandatory but appears not to be the case these days.

  • rocket scientist ! I thought for sure the vid would show the trash guy pull in and throw the box in the back of the truck.

  • Fed-x does not leave packages here in Minnesota. UPS does but not Fed-X.

  • I worked for fedex for a while, and I know they toss in their sort facilities, whenever no manager is looking anyways. You were supposed to unload a 30ft+ trailer truck on your own within a certain time limit, sometimes the gravity assisted convyeor belt is broken (by heavier packages being slapped/fail on there). I know when I worked there the most hated package is the Netflix package, awkward in size, 80lbs for no reason, they get tossed all the time. Apple stuff gets toss almost by default.

  • @xraytwonine how does a netflix package weigh 80 lbs?

  • @Danklin24 Hmmm... how do all of those DVDs get from the DVD production company to the Netflix distribution center? Do they ship them one-by-one, or put 2000 in a single box?

  • @Danklin24 it contains big momas house 2 lol

  • @xraytwonine Thanks for admitting your coworkers incompetence, Now when I see you guys, you'll get no respect for me yah schmucks.

  • @xraytwonine I work at FedEx right now and although they attempt to implement the "hand to surface" rule it's not going to happen. Look, unless your box says "fragile" or it's blatantly glass.. not going to have the best care. Ps, it's 1090 per hour, 180 per hour for loading vans, sorting 1,700 an hour, and smalls 500 an hour. Yeahhhhhh..

  • @xraytwonine I remember working fed-ex I was told by my service manager that stress relief is drop kicking boxes labeled fragile into the trucks on the loading docks.

  • @xraytwonine I always trying to understand why all stuff which ordered from Apple or which have any remarks of Apple came to my door in condition "looks like it has been used to play football" And very often it was broken.

Why Apple, MacMall and other still using FedEx???

  • @xraytwonine I'm currently employed at fed ex ground & I load trailers. take a guess what goes on there.

  • @xraytwonine What? How does a Netflix package weight 36 kilos?

  • @xraytwonine

But aren't the workers held responsible for broken packages? I don't think laziness is worth losing a job or damaging the things people bought.

  • @xraytwonine Did "they" toss when managers weren't looking, or did "you" toss when managers weren't looking? lol @ the Apple comment though

  • Hey idiot the FedEx guy dropped off your package. He didn't crush it or put it in an unsafe location. You want to make pointless YouTube vids, why don't you run down to the place that boxed whatever pile of crap you ordered and show the world what an ineffective job THEY do. Or you could just get a life. Either one. Just sayin....

  • @audracgo Rather than be a trolling fucktard why don't you also notice that this guy has a job to do which clearly should be HANDLE THE PACKAGE WITH FUCKING CARE!!! He obviously has no work ethic and SHOULD be fired.... I can almost guaranfuckintee that everyone on here who HAS A JOB.... most of you probly don't work with a lazy fuck... This guy is a lazy fuck.... No common sense non respect for anything. Just drops the shit and carries it like hes 3 years old.

  • @spoufy1 Despite all of your profanity, i'm pretty much in agreement with you. complete carelessness. As if he's saying "i don't see any box partially open" "i'm just required to put this here as-is" "gotta get to the next delivery"

Yeah, pretty much fail. I have never liked Fedex for other reasons outside of this one and the tv being tossed over the fence. They always screw up whenever we've used them for work.

  • @ozdemir23 Was havin a bad day because just 2 days ago something similar happened to me. The box was delivered half open and my tv was sticking out. Needless to say when I found the box there was no tv in it. They said they were not responsible for the driver's actions. I threatened to get a lawyer and they near immediately offered compensation. Seems strange right? They are giving me double what I paid for the tv and shipping me a new one. Delivered to my door personally the manager said.

  • @spoufy1 Great ! I wish more people would film the deliverys and report bad drivers. I myself have had bad experience with Fed Ex. needless to say, Im fed up with them.

  • Screw these BIG corporations! They don`t give a rats ass about their employees! I`m glad the driver is like that, I hope they go bankrupt!

  • I work for fed ex ground and we don't always carry tape on our trucks I try to but sometimes it gets stolen out of my truck we place the packages where they will be seen not everyone uses the front door but we do not put them in the middle of the drive way

  • @Renda1984 its not "torn up and beat up". The flap opened. Thats it.

  • Comment removed

  • Thats the kind of people they have at fed ex, even the managers are fuck ups and they blame it on the workers. I got fired from fed ex national in Lyons, IL because of some stupid manager!

  • @delacerdaa And of course, this has no bearing on your opinion.

  • When I see this, it makes me think that EVERY package should be insured. Sweet Jesus.

  • THIS IS WHY I HATE FEDEX

  • Right where that package should go....in the fucking trash

  • What a FUCKING MORON!

  • I don't think the driver did anything bad...honestly, he did a really good job compared to the other workers on youtube.

  • its not his fault the sender did not properly seal the box correctly...

  • looks like the box was already opened, thats a federal crime if he opened it,

  • tha isnt ace ventura?

  • who gives a crap

  • LMAO, thats exactly what i would do with you stupid shit.

  • Looks like an empty Direct TV box to me. I hate those things!

  • Its FedEx Ground...these guys are hired of the street and contracted. they do not get payed very much and they do not care. FedEx doesnt care. As long as they get paid. So customers get these reults From FedEx.....I worked for FedEx Express !8 years. Management not the same as good ol days...Just want the all mighty dollar. FedEx Sux !!!!!!! They have forgot about the people in there people philosephy.

  • @green2495

lol... u worked for fedex... why not just work at mcdonalds u dope.... jesus... 8 years.... dont u wish u went to college during that 8 year period?

  • @TjR3O3 America would be such a better place without people like you. You made about 12 assumptions about that guy without using that dim witted brain of yours. You're just like the spoiled A-holes I used to deliver to when I was working for a deli as an undergrad. Mommy and daddy probably took a mortgage out on your stupid brain just so you could go out and be a prick. I hope life humbles you real soon.

  • its not fedex's problem blame the guy who packed it in the first place

its not fedex's job to seal boxes , its to deliver them

  • @dusted04 were is the quality control.... OMG... Crazy! That's a straight out jack cought on tape. she or he could go legal.

  • Did your wife take the trash out and say "Oh steve must have forgot to put this box in the trash. I'll get it for him".

  • and then the bin guy came and ..... owner of package (phone call) WHERES MY ITEM?

  • What's the problem? Remove this crappy video u birk

  • How many things are wrong in this delivery, 1--2---3-----5---10? That is called "Driver release" Driver can leave the package where he chooses "IF" he rings the bell and knocks on the door......AND leaves a door tag...saying where the delivery is......AND >>>>>anD....I could go on... Package should have been inspected and retaped at the terminal before loaded on the truck....This is cut rate delivery service....Fedex is undercutting UPS...... you get what you pay for.

  • you should work for fed ex and video what they do to packages that say "FRAGILE"

I have seen workers there purposely toss and slam packages so it was probably done when loading the truck "just for fun".

  • Does Fedex ever get to see these clips? - (there sure is a lot of them on YouTube) or do they just dismiss them as "isolated" incedents? - I, for one, would be reluctant to use them after seeing these clips.

  • Rat bastard left an open package and didnt even attempt to knock at the door just because there is no vehicle doesnt mean you dont knock and i know his dumb ass had some tape in that truck to tape the box i HATE FEDEX!!!!

  • Would have been awesome if the garbage truck came and took it after haha

  • And he dumped it right in front of the trashcans... because no one would mistake that as being part of the trash that ought to go out.

  • Fedex left my new 27 inch monitor in the middle of the drive way in the middle of winter i found it when I had gone to check the mail. I had been snowing and it was 200 ft up the drive way 100 ft from the road.. Lucky i got to it before the Snowplow hit it.. Didn't even know it was there..

  • well, file the claim. It takes around 5 to 7 business days and you've got your money back. Why complain?

  • I worked as a fright company in Australia... When items came in a truck from Melbourne to our site, and then sorted into other trucks. I was told when unloading, if it falls it falls, don't try and catch it, just get out of the way. Now I was making boxes fall left right and center, even 108cm LCD TV's, boxes would open, we just retape it.

  • Mike if you indeed work for a corporation like FedEx you should be reprimanded for your attitude. Saying on a public site like youtube, "oh well for you pal" is not polite. This is poor representation for FedEx & without customers you wouldn't have a job. Clean up your act! I will bet it is policy of FedEx to seal any package which appears this way but some bad employees are ruining it for rest. Behavior like this is why executives need to vamp up management & provide more oversight.

  • people need to pack their good properly or the box will come open. i mean they travel acrossed belts and all other things. not this guys fault.

  • I HOPE HE SCAN THE PKG

  • FedEx's policy is that once the package is picked up, it is going to have to make it to its destination the way it was packed. Sometimes the tape or box doesn't hold up well to the delivery process, and that isn't FedEx's fault, it's the shipper's. You'd know if a FedEx person taped it because it would have tape over every crease and dent to ensure the contents are protected.

  • Drivers leave the packages at the homeowners obvious point of entry. In this case...it's the garage. The package couldn't be seen from the street so it was in a secure location... Who cares if there's also trash cans there!!!!! The box also looked like it came open due to the way the driver was carrying the package! Granted, it was probably improperly taped by the shipper, but he shouldn't have been carrying it that way.

  • wtf the box was open

  • fedex sucks, lost my 200$ package

  • I WORK FOR A COMPANY THAT USE FEDEX AND IM TIRED OF PEOPLE CALL US AND COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS ASSHOLES I HATE FEDEX THEY ARE A PIECE OF SHIT COMPANY AND LOOK THIS SON OF A BITCH PUTTING THAT BOS LIKE FUCKEN TRASH STUPID MOTHER FUCKER. ESCUSE MY LENGUAGE GUYS BUT ITS TRUE.

  • you should see how bad amazon people ship their stuff

  • this is a fake

  • FedEX SUCkS!I HATE FEDEX

  • New vagina?

  • Please go to KIRO TV, Seattle for a story about what FedEx did to us. It is a horrible injustice.

KIRO TV AMY CLANCY is the reporter's name. It is Seattle, FedEx, Amy Clancy. Please watch and see what they did to us.

  • The box isn't properly sealed. Not fedex's problem

  • I've recently done a news story about FedEx. They took a package from my now dead aunt, and, destroyed 3 items in the box and lost the rest. They tried to brush me off with $100.00! My aunt sent these things to me, from her death bed. She wanted me to have these items and FedEx destroyed and lost them all. They never contacted me to ask if I wanted the broken items. They are the worst ship company. This video doesn't surprise me!

  • believe it or not, when i was a contractor there the company policy was that drivers should not carry tape to close boxes that opened en route. they should have been left behind at the terminal for qa to deal with, who was usually pretty good about getting them done in the morning before leaving. since i spent a year in qa before becoming a contractor that felt a little redundant so i just carried the freaking tape in my truck.

  • seems like home delivery from the van logo (cant see the dog icon)

if package was open upon loading the van, he should have sent it to Quality Assurance so they can check the contents and re-secure the box with tape along with a note saying they've done so...

now if the box got opened while he was driving, he should have put some tape on the box... i didn't see him leave a doortag to let the customer know where he left the package though...

  • you guys are idiots. do you think the driver has time to tape and seal over 400 packages to make them all nice and comfy for the recipient. You have no clue what kind of crap goes thru the system. Maybe blame the shipper who obviously doesnt know how to package a box properly.

  • Good point. Here's an idea, "Use more than just a flimsy cardboard shell to secure a 100lb piece of steel and plastic!"

  • Looks like the driver is trying to throw the package not to deliver.

I think the package is just something useless.

I guess no one will left something to be received next to garbage.

  • It may have been a packaging mistake, but I would be worried the driver or someone along the line opened it and stole something inside. As long as the package had everything in it that you expected, it really isn't a big deal.

  • fedex isn't responsible for the proper packaging of your stuff. you should contact the shipper.

  • who gives a fuck. I hope they took a shit in the box too.

  • First Off! Yes it should not be delivered with the box open but if it was cloths ,Oh Well! People want their stuff! The driver should have tape on the truck! "PERIOD"

  • Hey the package got to it's destination did it not?? Stop whinning dammit!!

  • Dont they need a sign?

  • FEDEX Ground sucks!!

  • mmm, that's what I call a half assed working, not sealing the box, driver releaseing when he wasn't told too.

I work at Fedex and trust me on this, we find out when our Contractors are working like this due to complaints like this. But, instead of a sabatoge attemp on the company why not make a simple complaint and the driver of that specific route fired?

    There are slackers.

    Good job in catching them

  • The one time I used FedEx the package was delivered to a neighbor over a mile away. Luckily they were honest and looked my phone # up from the name/address on the package. UPS has always been able to find my home with no problems. ~~I could go on about what a crappy company it is b/c I had the misfortune of working for them for a year...needless to say they treat their employees like crap, so it's no surprise no one takes pride in their work. It's a reciprocal thing.

  • just one thing needs to be said. FEDEX SUCKZ. it needs to be called fedup

  • what was the item anyways

  • The driver here performed an unsafe action by pulling head-first into the driveway. He should have backed in to avoid backing out and possibly into a vehicle on the street. Drivers are not allowed to carry tape, but that was not the way to carry any package regardless of taping. Finally, "front porch" or "side door" are delivery options, not "next to garbage."

  • Lazy asses

  • I work at UPS and they're both pretty much the same. It really depends on the driver. Not everyone does that shit. Most will actually take the 10 seconds it takes to tape up the package, but you also have to understand that their job is to deliver the package. They didn't pack it or tape it up. Their job is to deliver it. As far as anything else goes, take it up with the shipper.

  • @atvfan18 your right depends on the person, alot of good people couriers out there, but you never see the videos of them doing a good job and im sure all these people complaining are the best employees in the world

  • @atvfan18 I would still say that you at least would want to do your job with some sence of pride. What I see there is just laziness. But again, specifics we really don't know. Still looks like a badly done job to me.

  • West wendover ups always knocks and gets here on time :D

  • That's what I call door to door service. Forget about the pakage what about driving up the driveway.

  • thats what you get when big corporations work their employees like slaves with no union support. fedex has no union and pays its workers half the amount UPS employees make.(just for the record, i work for ups!) but its no wonder this guy could care less about your package. maybe if corporate greed wasnt what it is, and this fella was treated better at work, he might a taped it up for you!?

  • hey good thing you set that cam now you know wheres your package is and you an sue them hehehe

  • choose UPS i got a package before it they gave the package to me and it was not ripped

  • That's why Fedex makes it so easy to report a driver when they do this and they provide a 24/7 customer support line so you can do so.

  • Maybe there isn't a front porch on this house. He left it where he thought it would be secure. It is in front of the trash cans by the garage and it is hidden from people passing by. When the drive in the garage they will be sure to see it.

  • WilhelmHelmut, I can't decide if your just some jerk looking to get a raise out of people or a truly sick individual. In either case I think you could benefit from some professional help.

You might also consider a different job if you hate it so much.

  • Dude, Your an idiot and if your a driver and think you dont get paid by the box then you arent a driver. Or maybe its been confirmed that you arent stable enough to be a "CONTRACTOR" where you actualy make money. My recommendation to you is to quit and get a job at McDonalds where you would fit in asking " would you like fries with that ?"

  • @WilhelmHelmut ...I just read your comments and realized it could just as easily have been me that wrote them...I believe working at Fedex has made both of us half fuckin crazy...I dont know about you, but im doing all i can to get the fuck away from Fedex as fast as i can..I suggest you do the same...Theres more to life than that shithole soul-destroying company.

  • @WilhelmHelmut - and to think some psychopathic piece of shit like you works for the public. Just remember puss-nuts, it's the customers that pay your rediculously high wages. You represent the company, so you will be the first ones people bitch at. Grow up a bit.

  • @WilhelmHelmut Wow... that's a good way to get a knock at the door from the authorities. Brilliant.

  • wow thats why i make sure i sign for all my packages
