Andrew Ranger's tintop career looks just like his Champ Car career: the talent is there but no one with money seems to care. Fortunately, he's only 24, so he has alot of time to develop into a championship contender in any type of racing; he just needs a ride!
very sad comments, where is he know ? , i met him in Long beach 2005, very very young kid at the wheel of a 750 h.p. champ car...was impressive for real.. what is he doing now....i hope any team with a litle amount of brain can hire him for 2012 indycar
he raced Nascar Canadian Tire Series for a few years, he even won 2 championships, however he kind of struggled at Ovals, but they ran an even split of road courses and ovals.
He went on to race NASCAR K&N East/West series in the US, getting a road course win on his first ever race. He already got a 2nd place in NASCAR Nationwide, and I think it's only a matter of time before he's a Nationwide starter.
@SuperColossal33 you now what, i would really preffer him to drive an indy car 2012, Nascar is extremely ely ely boring series, New indy car looks now much much better than current indycar 3 engine providers ! some aero designers...sound very much much competitive...
This guy is SO underrated. WTG Andrew ! F3000, CART, Shifter kart, Nascar, Dirt Sprint car, Modified, Ice Motorcycle. Name it, he will push it to the limit !.
And hes even faster on slippery conditions, Andrew on wet surface = epic.
He was driving this car with a ridiculous small budget, everytime he wrecked, he had to find the money by himself to repair it. Champ Cars parts arent exactly cheap !
