Can't say anything about the customer service but the ecigs both received great reviews. Igetcha69 has a good review of the Volt and discount code for it. Grimmgreen has a review of the Bloog and people posted some discount codes in the comments. Not sure if any of these work but figured I'd let people know. Save $10 or so.
Love my Bloog MaxxFusion. Little easier to draw than a real cigarette and noisier than a E8/E9 kit, but I am very happy with my purchase. By the way, their Customer Service has been fantastic so far, give them a chance. I screwed up my order asked the to make some changes and boom, corrected and shipped out the same day! I also shot them an e-mail regarding a battery in the evening and I had an response in my in-box the next morning, and I wake up at 4:30 am! That's fast.
If you really think they are that high tech, but they can't even get their website to run properly and get email confirmations out to customers (something almost every other website can do) then go right on ahead thinking they are a better company. Bloog has the Godfather of e-cigs (Leaford) working for them, in China, w/ engineers and developers, constantly making improvments. V2 (version 2) cartos are now being sold; all tested to be 2.4-2.6 ohms, and wick placment a bit different to help with VG juices.
You get what you pay for. A cheaper clone, or the original inovators. Which company do you really want to support, and get future product from?

The particular 808 model that Bloog sells is the same model that Smokeless Image, and Smoov sells. Yes there are other companies that make 808 style, but in now way does Bloog have some exclusive product. They are just branded for all the companies by one manufacturer
yes they are both 2 piece models. exact same batt lengths 65mm . The volt cartos are exactly the same. I did an autopsy and they are identical. Bloog MF's and the volt's!!!
Is this "the same model" in that it's a 2 piece cartomizer model? Or does the Volt use the same cartomizer? That's why vapers are loving the Bloog, because of the carto design. Does it have the same heat-resistant coil sleeve, or just the traditional carto coil setup?
