That statement is true for western celebrities due to the lack of strong cultural and traditional values and restraints. As for Akexandra, she was raised differently, in the Lao culture. She has a totally different personality and outlook on life. I am sure she is a better person than you and me. The whole Lao nation is behind her. If you have any doubt, do a thorough study of the Lao culture. You'll see that our perspective on life is so much different from others.

I don't know Alex personally, but she seems to be a beautiful person inside and out. Her powerfully impressive talent is very infectious. She can sing beautifully, she can speak five different languages, she can act and most importantly, I don't think fame has changed the person that she is. Stay close to those who are true to you and you will not lose sight of who you are. Best Wishes Alex and continue spreading the lao words to the world through your singing.
