now that I see this again, I must ask: why is there no curtain behind the royal doors before the altar? in my OCA Church, we have a curtain. I can see the advantages of churches without curtains, though. you don't have to be an altar boy to see what goes on "behind the scenes".

Thank-you for sharing. It is very different from arrangements that you can find printed for choirs in English. Does this come from your liturgical books?

Star and manger, tiny stranger, signs and wonders to astound us.

Now is God become man, wrapped in swaddling bands.

Baby sleeping, promise keeping, born according to God’s plan.

Shepherds with their lambs, offer praise

They adore him, kneel before Him, praise the Great I Am.

im an orthodox ukrainian and in new york its very hard to find a true Ukrainian one, the translation may be the same but the feelings are not
