The point is, you cant see the ultimate coming. It just kills you right away when your enemy hit the "R" button.

@ChocolateMilkyBoi of course that he can be countered, everything is countered. but tryndamere is one good snowballer, late game you can't stop him. maybe if you get ganks you can kill him pre 6, but late game tryndamere scales well, and early game with a lucky crit you can be screwed, also the Q gives him sustainbility in lain, which if you haven't got much lifesteal or spell vamp in the end you will end up losing lane
