If you've seen her other videos than you would know she uses sheet music. Keyboardists, organists, and pianists love their sheet music. If you are good enough, you can use chords like guitar players do and play the song from that.

I have seen her other videos and I have seen her sheet music....I have sheet music sitting in front of me, too, but that doesn't mean I READ it. I don't know how so I rely on my ear.

I wasn't saying all use sheet music. But a lot do. Jordan Rudess from Dream Theater uses sheet music, but not paper sheet music. He has a device that has all the sheet music in it. But I'm sure VK can play by ear too.
