Here is my other big question, they keep talking about 46 Mill no issuance, so mr. no insurance goes to emergency room, he has no insurance, nurse sees him, 3 hour wait, 2 min visit,650 bucks, prescription 50 bucks, pays.. Does he count as one of the 46 mill? Hospitals clearly makes more money on him than government insurance would pay are they counting people who just are lazy to get insurance? Are they counting all the illegals that live here that can't get it. That is at least 20 million.

Not that easy, here give the answer to this. I have a friend, his father brought him here from Mexico when he was 9 years old. Father died he was 18, now married American girl with 2 kids born here. Knows no one in Mexico, where should he go? Along with millions like him. He keeps trying and can't get card because he is illegal. Needs to leave, his wife and kids. Is this right?
