  • I am a crazy obsessed with perfection.. I runbetwen 10 and 20 km per week, body attack, body step, boxing, cycling so now i hurt my left knee it is very swollen.. im resting now.. my problem is that i dod a lot of cardio and the back of my legs together with my butt are very weak.. i will do this exercise and i will come back to let u know if this is working.. i have tried many kind of exercises and my but feel the same terrible latin butt :( i want it to feel good

  • hmmm what about a firm big booty? SOme of us are naturally made that way, and can't lose it. I'd take a firm big ole butt over a teeny tiny tight one anytime, that ish ain't nothing to look at. When i say big i mean big in comparison to most of your clients in comparison to their waist measurement, like 24" waist, 36" booty. ALso sorry i dont know what all your clients look like but based on the video, their version of big butt is wide and not like a round high bubble.

    but to make your butt looks tight, you have to do full body training to lose fat.

  • maybe you can help me- I'm 1.62 meters tall, and 55 kg. Im 17 years old and just cant loost these 5 kg! I've been doing everything to tone my legs- and they look fine but I wish they were much more musculer. BTW I have astma so I can't run for a long period of time- this is the main reason I'm not lossing any weight I guess.. Thank you!
