Kalid, thank you for this technique. I would like to ask you how long to stay in full backward bend, plough or bent bow yoga positions. I think I may stay a minute, but is longer advised for optimum adrenal detoxification?
What Kalid has identified are the kidney (adrenal) meridians, which are not the same as the organ itself. His advice is good. Daniel Reid has stated that these meridians are 2" to either side, though. You will find them if you follow Kalid's directions.
i got continually punched in the stomach when i was a kid could this have caused my adrenal exhaustion and dark circles under eyes and bladder problems???
I had a right adrenalectomy recently for a pheochromocytoma, and though they went through the front, (similar incision to an apendectomy), they used a scoop to move the liver out of the way to get to it. There's a LOT of stuff in the way. Perhaps he's doing something involving pressure points?
What the @*!!! The adrenals are located right above both KIDNEYS! This vid is rather misleading! The title says, "How to FIND the Adrenal Glands...." So it would have been a little more informative for him to have his assistant lie face down, then show the area just above the kidney. He's referring re-directed pain centers on another part of the body.
If you can get to the adrenal glands from the front, try touching your nose by hitting yourself in the back of the head. You shouldn't have a youtube video. You should have a magic show.
This is a joke right ? The adrenal glands are located above the kidneys :/ People like you who think they know it all >>>Buddy you are leading to mislead ...and fuc... u
The adrenal glands are located above the kidneys. This guy looked like he was trying to find the appendix. Some people are looking at videos like this because they need real help, and this just misleads them. Sorry, but I had to flag this video.
This is so cool I never thought we could really put pressure on the organs like that but I guess it makes sense like if you can injure a rib or kidney in boxing with a huge wide glove that fingertips would be able to more specifically go further in.
I bet this builds strong finger bones and extensor muscles pushing into it!
I hope you felt better soon after that! The adrenal glands and the lymphatic system linked to them can hold a lot of toxins. Pressing on these points can help release these toxins which is good for the adrenals, but the toxins can make you feel bad. A lot of back bending yoga stretches will also squeeze the toxins out of those areas.
I hope you feel better, and that you find something to help your adrenals. My website is full of information on the subject. Let me know if I can help.
thanks I will look into it. I've done a bloodtest a few months ago and my cortisol is too high, also my prolactin. I thought the fatigue was only due to the prolactin, but I guess it's tight in together with adrenal fatigue. I've been having a lack of energy for several years now and no menstruation for 2 years. Would a strict diet help you think?
yeah it seems a little low to me .. I thought the adrenal glands where higher towards the ribcage...and like belugapez said these glands and kidneys rest in the back not the front ..
Have you ever taken an anatomy course or dissected cadavers? Adrenal glands are situated above the kidneys, are retroperitoneal and lie on the posterior wal of the abdominal cavity (you wouldn't be able to "get through" all the viscera overlying them). I also feel like you aren't moving far away enough from the midline to get to each gland... just some thoughts coming from a chiropractic student
@belugapez I've got an amazing chiropractor and when she works on my adrenals, she shows me how they affect other areas of the body. I'm not a cadaver-I actually struggle with adrenal fatigue so I have firsthand experience. I have pain in my back (above the kidneys), but also in the area discussed in this video-he is correct. When the glands are swollen, any pressure there is uncomfortable. There is also a correlation with the tendons in the back of my neck and sides of my ribcage. Just FYI.
@belugapez Seriously thanks for putting up something scientific.
These "natural healers" love to throw out terms like toxins and adrenaline then milk the money out of these high-on-placebo people who eat up this bullshit until the rush wears off and they are back where they started before some guy gave them an overly expensive "healing" massage.

I don't understand. The adrenals sit above the kidneys. How can you feel them by pressing from the abdomen into the area of the intestines??

@mrtruthforever Thats what i also would like to know.
