Nice catch of halo, parhelia, parhelia circle, other suns, upper tangent arc, circumzenithal arc, and supralateral arc. Be happy ... this is very rare ... even more rare with SO bright circumzenithal arc. i never seen it so bright before

Well ... diamond dust is a tiny little ice crystals ... it's like snow, so if you noticed a little snow or something likde that, it was diamond dust

If there was chemtrails it can't be from it. It's caused by crystals near the ground called diamond dust, it's quite common at Alaska in winter. It works almost like rainbow, sun is reflecting from it. Also, every crystal has different shape, which depends on halo arc. For example, these 2 sundogs to the left and right of the sun are parhelions which are creating from plate oriented crystals. Same crystal orientation has that colourfull halo arc at the top of the video which is scribeing zenith.

thats right .. sundogs and chemtrails are seen together. some of them could be holograms.
