Yahoo is like a kid managing a company.
47 Billion dollars is a huge amount for a company that is slowly dying.
They still have shares if Microsoft buys Yahoo.
Stupid decision really.

If Microsoft buys Yahoo, then Microsoft is literally unstoppable.
They'll have Yahoo and all Yahoo services (e.g. Yahoo mail, personal, answers, videos, the list goes on and on).

Finally.. Microsoft drops Yahoo! because never know if they r going to merged with Yahoo! and don't want Microsoft because they will ask for any information includes user's account so get lost with Microsoft who owns Bill Gate!! grr.. :)
