16 onz friend maybe 18, he does use some heavy gloves for his training but i have found something about it, like you set he does look faster in the ring, i've seen that he does trains cain of slow, but at good pace, low power and speed, but he develops a lot of resistence by training like that, he does traing like those guys that hit the punchig bag or the punching mitts with either power or speed,

And the reason that Cotto does this is because he like to eat like his going to the electric chair. it could be he is trying to sweat more during training. if he is over his fight weight then he would train with clothes on to make him hotter and sweat more to lose excess weight. best way to sweat is to put oil-based cream over your body before you train. you drip literally!

You were watching the fight you wanted to see then. Cotto landed all the clean, effective punches throughout that fight. Mosley had only an occasional right hand. Everything else was ineffective, for the most part. Cotto won that fight decidedly with quality boxing. I'm sick of all these people saying it was a draw or Mosley won. You weren't watching the fight for what it was, you were watching for what you wanted it to be.

In the ring Cotto exhibits ring generalship, unflinching focus, stamina, a great jab, fluid combinations and tremendous power. Floyd's decision to take 08/09 off is a gutless attempt to avoid Cotto.
Great fighter. Not sure he can beat Mosley. He would have beaten the shingles off of Margarito, but my boy Paul "The Punisher" Williams changed the course of history just as I predicted he would. Nobody in Cotto's camp wanted to fight Mosley, but it became their only option. Mosley's weakness is against range and a strong, assertive jab. Cotto is an in-your-face style fighter with skill, sort of like a mini Tyson. I don't know, this fight could go either direction.

I don't think outlaw's theory is completely implausible. Dancing requires timing and flexibility. I can see how this can help a fighter's mobility and reflexes in the ring. I'm not buying the theory completely but it certainly didn't warrant such heated response.

Anybody that knows anything about boxing would tell you that this guy trains with too much cloths on. And the reason that Cotto does this is because he like to eat like his going to the electric chair. Now the reason that Cotto gets away with what he gets away with is that he is in a class with a bunch of nobodies. Anytime a fighter losses as much as 3lbs in short length of time, he's susceptible to a heart attack. If Cotto was to fight somebody with some real Balls they beat him easily...

it could be he is trying to sweat more during training. if he is over his fight weight then he would train with clothes on to make him hotter and sweat more to lose excess weight. best way to sweat is to put oil-based cream over your body before you train. you drip literally!

You were watching the fight you wanted to see then. Cotto landed all the clean, effective punches throughout that fight. Mosley had only an occasional right hand. Everything else was ineffective, for the most part. Cotto won that fight decidedly with quality boxing. I'm sick of all these people saying it was a draw or Mosley won. You weren't watching the fight for what it was, you were watching for what you wanted it to be.

In the ring Cotto exhibits ring generalship, unflinching focus, stamina, a great jab, fluid combinations and tremendous power. Floyd's decision to take 08/09 off is a gutless attempt to avoid Cotto.

Great fighter. Not sure he can beat Mosley. He would have beaten the shingles off of Margarito, but my boy Paul "The Punisher" Williams changed the course of history just as I predicted he would. Nobody in Cotto's camp wanted to fight Mosley, but it became their only option. Mosley's weakness is against range and a strong, assertive jab. Cotto is an in-your-face style fighter with skill, sort of like a mini Tyson. I don't know, this fight could go either direction.

I don't think outlaw's theory is completely implausible. Dancing requires timing and flexibility. I can see how this can help a fighter's mobility and reflexes in the ring. I'm not buying the theory completely but it certainly didn't warrant such heated response.
