Sorry, but there's nothing in the Constitution or the Bill of Rights that guarantees anyone -- your or me -- the right to drive cars or consume electricity. And even if there was, that's NOT what Liberty is at all... Liberty is about protecting peoples' basic POLITICAL -- not necessarily economic -- freedoms. These freedoms are: speech, assembly, press, religion, unlawful search and seizure, trial by jury, limits to police power... Firearms don't protect Liberty, Checks and Balances do.

There is no open and blatant attempt to take away arms here in the US. There has been a few rumors here and there and it gets people in a fury. In fact it says "construction in wetlands must be avoided if at all possible, but if not avoidable, then Section 404 Clean Water Act permits must be obtained first to minimize impacts to the environment". 99% of the Europeans are brainwashed and will believe anything their government tells them. Fact is, the world is getting colder and the UN has been proven a power grabbing scam. I have a 25 year old girl from Germany that is on a 1 year visa to work here. She believed the climate bullshit the UN and EU has been spewing until i gave her the facts. Now i hope when she goes home, she will spread the facts. We just need to speak the facts and continue to wake the masses up.

If world Communists keep coming after our Liberty, we will eventually strike out in self defense and kill them until they are all dead, or surrender on 100% of our terms. We would be willing to leave well enough alone, but they don't seem to be satisfied with letting us have our Liberty... so, unless they stop voluntarily, we'll have to use force to stop them.

I understand your upset by why take it so personally? We are just part of a food chain. To sustain power(life, rights) you must take power(life,rights) from others. Money is the human means of measuring this power. You can disagree if you like, but deep down you know the truth. You are only entitled to what you are willing to take. Do you want your rights enough to risk imprisonment or death? Social exile? If yes, then you are already free. If not, then silence yourself and get back in line.

Sorry, but there's nothing in the Constitution or the Bill of Rights that guarantees anyone -- your or me -- the right to drive cars or consume electricity. And even if there was, that's NOT what Liberty is at all... Liberty is about protecting peoples' basic POLITICAL -- not necessarily economic -- freedoms. These freedoms are: speech, assembly, press, religion, unlawful search and seizure, trial by jury, limits to police power... Firearms don't protect Liberty, Checks and Balances do.

I'm merely asking what arms and armed rebellion have contributed to the maintenance of Civil Society and the rule of law since the 18th Century... where does it say in the Constitution that armed revolt plays any role in our democracy?... if our right to bear arms is so important, what can we say has been its contribution to Liberty, compared to, say, Freedom of Assembly in the past 200 or so years?

We also DO NOT have freedom of assembly... if you want a crowd bigger than 10 to 15 people... you've got to apply for a permit... which means they can TURN YOU DOWN... which is a direct violation of your First Amendment right. Our rights have been slowly taken away from us or watered down to the point that they're no longer even usable. Give up the government or armed conflict is coming.

I don't think so... Does it diminish the power of Assembly in our democracy?... NO, it does not!...Last time I checked, we DO have freedom of Assembly, and it's still part of our Constitution... granted, you may feel we don't have Assembly, and you may be right in some cases

Only me and all of my armed compatriots and God provide me with Liberty... the Constitution is a framework which puts into words, that which had only been voiced before... the Framers were very wary about making a Bill of Rights... because in doing so, they knew that it would give people like you a reason to claim that those were our ONLY rights... the Constitution limits government and recognizes Liberty only... it does not give it.

There is no open and blatant attempt to take away arms here in the US. There has been a few rumors here and there and it gets people in a fury. However!..there is work in the UN to take away these rights. This is part of the global government you see taking place now. Coercion is their main tool. Once an accord or treaty is signed, it overrides the Constitution. Only Con(victs)gress can override that. Ask yourself...will these people in Congress do what's right? You should know the answer.

I've been shooting and playing wargames (outside like paintball, airsoft and lazer tag) all my life. Learned survival training when I was in the boyscouts and have continued that training by going camping every summer and sometimes in the winter. Most are now just realizing who we are and waking up to the fact. Many will join us and train with us. Others, will chose to become our enemy... God help them.
