@RoHoAirsoft its a light machine gun. anything that is handheld( or a one person operation) is considered "light". anything that has to be mountedor is specificaly designed to be mounted (such as the m2 browning, or 1919 browning .30 cal) light machine guns consist of the m240, m249, m60E1/E3/E4, and the RPD/RPK. those are considered 'light' compared to their VERY heavy brothers

@godsairsofters I think it is a clone of the VFC. Inokatsu uses an AK style V3 gearbox while the A&K uses the LMG/M249 style. I would really prefer to see the AK style since it leaves room in the stock compartment for the battery. Inokatsu M60s can hold huge batteries, while the A&K is limited to mini types or PEQ types.

Yeah as far as I know. But really all you need to do to reload it is to open the BB hopper and fill up the magazine instead of completely removing the entire thing.

The real steel m60's bolt is a chain mechanism to load the round and is pulled back and pushed forward back into place. Though from the looks you pulled it back without much ease so it couldve done with a bit more resistance.
9:20 The bolt in the real m60 as with pretty much every gun does Not spring forward when pulled back. So the lack in the spring is just added realism.
@ZbrosCo it actually DOES spring back on most weapons, but it is common for support guns, namely belt fed ones to not have them as they fire from the open-bolt position.
i bought this gun yesterday very excited and shot it in the backyard and shot it in fullauto it worked fine for about 1500 rds the then i heard some grinding noise all of a sudden. i wouldnt recomend this gun a &k makes crappy internals and made me poor. dont buy this gun if you dont have knowledge to repair u will have a nightmares waste of money.
I am goin to buy the A&K m60. I have one question that won't really change my decision but i would like to know. I have noticed that this gun does not have a rail. Does the iron sight have disadvantages or can i buy a rail seperate. Also, would you prefer this or the any A&K SAW.

You can get upper receivers for this gun that have rails on it. However, this gun is heavier and it costs more than the Para. So, its really up to you.
Hey, first off, all your reviews are great and I'm gonna subscribe right now, second off, I was gonna get an A&K para before they came out with the m60. From what Ive heard so far the m60 is much better but I can't find all the info I need. I would like to upgrade to a precision barrel but like you said in the video, nobody knows the actual length of the barrel. I would also like to upgrade the spring but I don't want to lower the ROF; what do you recommend?
Use a bigger battery. Higher the voltage, higher the rate of fire. Course, too high, and it could kill you motor if it's not upgraded. A&K seems pretty solid in that regard, but be mindful of it.
how do the iron sights look on this gun? cause if there anything similar to the real deal i think im gona put a red dot or something on it haha

Well, the sights are exactly like the real gun. But, you really shouldn't be 'popping' in and out of these sights. This is a support weapon, not something that you will be running around the field firing from the hip. But, if you still want to get a red dot sight for it, you need to invest in a new upper reciever for it that has rails on it.
the m60 way better this one has a grip handle on it and 3500 round mag that auto winds and pretty sure 330 fps but u can change the m60s rate of fire or 2 get the full rate of fire put in that little chip thing its comes with it.
oh and also im not sure if this problem is for every one of these m60s but when i got mine the charger disappointed me alot the metal parts were weird they were all circular the tips were round instead of normally like pointish. im not so sure i think thats wat they use in hong kong or sumthin oh well ill just buy a different 9.6v charger. Also ive noticed this guy always wearing texas clothes and 2 that i say way 2 go im also a texan.
The charger was propably european, and pleace don't use those china chargers anyway, they are most likely gonna blow up or mess up your battery anyway.

I am actually not to upset about the charging handle.... one a Real M60E4 it does not spring up, neither does a real M249; reason being the charging handle does not move the bolt, the gas in the chamber blows back the bolt, it just opens up the compartment to drop the shell in. so sexy though. ugh i hate my STAR it sucked ballz
another question is how to u fix the fire selecter on the echo 1 vector arms ak74u cuz mine really loose and when i shoot on auto it goes down to semi
The reason why the battery is located in the magazine is because A&K make their guns to meet the needs for skirmishing. I find it useful. That way if your battery dies, you can replace it quickly and easily.

9:20 The bolt in the real m60 as with pretty much every gun does Not spring forward when pulled back. So the lack in the spring is just added realism.

@ZbrosCo it actually DOES spring back on most weapons, but it is common for support guns, namely belt fed ones to not have them as they fire from the open-bolt position.

i bought this gun yesterday very excited and shot it in the backyard and shot it in fullauto it worked fine for about 1500 rds the then i heard some grinding noise all of a sudden. i wouldnt recomend this gun a &k makes crappy internals and made me poor. dont buy this gun if you dont have knowledge to repair u will have a nightmares waste of money.

I am goin to buy the A&K m60. I have one question that won't really change my decision but i would like to know. I have noticed that this gun does not have a rail. Does the iron sight have disadvantages or can i buy a rail seperate. Also, would you prefer this or the any A&K SAW.

i would rather a M249 cuz it holds box magazines and regular magazines just incase the box mag breaks(my idiot friend)but otherwise in a battle i dont think you would need anymore ammo

You can get upper receivers for this gun that have rails on it. However, this gun is heavier and it costs more than the Para. So, its really up to you.

Hey, first off, all your reviews are great and I'm gonna subscribe right now, second off, I was gonna get an A&K para before they came out with the m60. From what Ive heard so far the m60 is much better but I can't find all the info I need. I would like to upgrade to a precision barrel but like you said in the video, nobody knows the actual length of the barrel. I would also like to upgrade the spring but I don't want to lower the ROF; what do you recommend?

Use a bigger battery. Higher the voltage, higher the rate of fire. Course, too high, and it could kill you motor if it's not upgraded. A&K seems pretty solid in that regard, but be mindful of it.

Well, the sights are exactly like the real gun. But, you really shouldn't be 'popping' in and out of these sights. This is a support weapon, not something that you will be running around the field firing from the hip. But, if you still want to get a red dot sight for it, you need to invest in a new upper reciever for it that has rails on it.

the m60 way better this one has a grip handle on it and 3500 round mag that auto winds and pretty sure 330 fps but u can change the m60s rate of fire or 2 get the full rate of fire put in that little chip thing its comes with it.

oh and also im not sure if this problem is for every one of these m60s but when i got mine the charger disappointed me alot the metal parts were weird they were all circular the tips were round instead of normally like pointish. im not so sure i think thats wat they use in hong kong or sumthin oh well ill just buy a different 9.6v charger. Also ive noticed this guy always wearing texas clothes and 2 that i say way 2 go im also a texan.

The charger was propably european, and pleace don't use those china chargers anyway, they are most likely gonna blow up or mess up your battery anyway.

yea thanks bro thats wat i figured but like i said its no problem for me 2 just go and buy a regular one so thats wat ill do, the charger didnt fit into any of my outlets anyways so i really have no use for it. the chargers arent really that expensive unless u buy those smart chargers that stop chargin when its full.

I am actually not to upset about the charging handle.... one a Real M60E4 it does not spring up, neither does a real M249; reason being the charging handle does not move the bolt, the gas in the chamber blows back the bolt, it just opens up the compartment to drop the shell in. so sexy though. ugh i hate my STAR it sucked ballz

The reason why the battery is located in the magazine is because A&K make their guns to meet the needs for skirmishing. I find it useful. That way if your battery dies, you can replace it quickly and easily.
