This sequence seems like it will also work out great to help loosen up the wrists after doing a wrist twisting session of techniques in the dojo too, but us computer junkies could also use this excellent routine after being online for long periods, so I'll share this with my facebook friends too.

Zukerberg can take facebook and shove it. Silly kid, actually thought he could be clever enough to post a TOS informing people they will keep all data and uploads after an account is closed and had the balls to reverse the TOS the next day... Please we all know you are full of sh*t.
Aaron Greenspan deserves some of that lawsuit money (the one who actually created facebook)
