ELF make up is really cheap but is it quality make up ?

So far I have no complaints about e.l.f and I have quite a bit of it. Please don't be put off by the basic packaging and unbelievably low price! I love that you can buy *loads* and have the fun of trying them all out, all of the price of one thing from one of the expensive brands!

If you are having issues with your cream eyeshadow creasing, try setting it with a light dusting of a similar colored eyeshadow. :) This will help prolong the wear even more. :)

r elf eyeshadows good quality and pigmented?

I've only used ivy and silver lining quads. Both were good quality, although you need to use a primer pr foundation on the eyelids or they don't last all day. Lots of pigment in the darker shadows and they blend well.  At £1.50 or $1 you'll find something you'll like!

It's a shame because my eyelids get quite oily and when i wear cream shadows they come of as soon as i leave the house (haha)

try a little translucent powder lightly dusted over the cream shadow and see if that helps, I know what you mean though I have the same problem with pigments without a primer!

OK I tried it today and there was no creasing! Dust a little translucent powder over the eyelids at the end of your make up routine!

Very nice look. I would love to get some elf products but somehow they cannot be purchased here in Germany :( In so much videos people say so many good things about them and they seem to be quite affordable. But, keep making videos. They are great!
