@JenniferCerys the most safe choice for hair extensions are the ones with the clips.They don't damage your hair atol (why would they?You just clip them in) and if you follow the instructions and some advices you re going to have the extension for a really long time.As for Leyla she cuts them every 2-3 months so she doesn't give them much time to grow:)
