Well, the amount of skill to literally be a DJ is not that much. After all, officially the term DJ means that the person blends over music (like in clubs) or is a DJ on the radio. It's in 4/4 time, its got harmony and a melody, rhythm and dynamics. This is music, just music you don't prefer and music that offends you. If it had some lyrics in it, then I could see what you're saying because the original never had lyrics nor did it ever intend to. Even then, it's still music nevertheless.

The original melody is too good to be distorted by any crap mixed into it like this. Hear it with your sense of beauty (if you have one) ! It's ugly to add alien rhythms and half tone arpegiator.
