@arsnel366 lol no it's not.. as long as it fits your height it's fine. you can weigh 160 pounds and be a size 10 and be healthy.. but that person could be 5'7 so it fits them
I love how you give different variations for the different exercises....so this same video can be used when you advance from beginner to intermediate and so on

@justal88 drinking orange juice or eating bananas! Anything high in potassium is great for cramping, because low potassium is usually the cause for cramping due to exercise, so restoring the potassium you've lost is the best solution (:
@justal88 do warm ups properly before exercising, eat banana and drink lots of water. Use heat to relax the muscle by using heat pad or taking a warm bath.
I've been doing this for the past month, first time I could barely walk for a week afterwards. The second, I still could barely walk for a week, then gradually it's been getting better. Now, I can do two sets of each and am not as sore the next day. This is fantastic. My sides are getting firmer and my back is starting to improve.

U can find so many different videos how to train ur body at home; But i have to say that urs helps me the most. The way u explain and how she performances the excercise is so much helpfull. I love it, thanks for that. :)

@Gho0ody Eat proteins (Almond, Chicken, Eggs, Fish etc...) But there really is no way to completely stop your soreness. You're gonna feel pain, but no pain no gain...
The first day doing this workout was painful! But I'm keeping doing 4 days. My muscles still hurt, but I fell better now. Great instruction! Thanks buddies.
omg i KEEP ON FALLING OVER and hv to hold on to something during some workouts. How many sets of 12 do we do? One everyday? I timed it, it's about 20 minutes for one set of 12 including all parts of the routine

Hi DeStorm - Can you post some more videos on developing one's core? Especially for individuals whom are chronically ill, however have medical clearance and are well enough to exercise. I know for me personally my core is weak, which has thrown my balance and equilibrium off - or so I believe. Also are there any additional exercises that help with balance and stabilization you mentioned in this video?

@Komentuotoja Why would it not work? It's not some product that you're applying or slimming medicine that you're taking. You are actually working your body and training your muscles if you do it right. Now I bet the woman in the video works out a lot since she does this with ease, but it certainly isn't going to be bad to do this for a couple of weeks, so just try like I am! :)

Maybe you also have a tip for me: I have a hip delocation (no idea whether that's the right term in english - but anyway, it means that my right hip bone isn't in the proper place by birth) which normally is no problem at all - also when training - I'm just unable to do booty exercises for which I have to keep balance standing on all four.
Do you know any exercises for this region that don't include this?
@vojo4anime I don't think that's true. You slowly need to build this up, so first do the minimum amounts of time or laps that he mentions, don't use any weights yet and push for your limits and try to extend them with time.
Great video - but you should warn that if you are not trained AT ALL it might start hurting. I got to the second exercise and now my upper arms hurt so darn bad.

@vojo4anime I don't think that's true. You slowly need to build this up, so first do the minimum amounts of time or laps that he mentions, don't use any weights yet and push for your limits and try to extend them with time.

Great video - but you should warn that if you are not trained AT ALL it might start hurting. I got to the second exercise and now my upper arms hurt so darn bad.
