Don't get me wrong, I've got my own Nexus One. I think it has something to do with the positive, calming music along with all of the visuals of a synthetic environment. Maybe the music was just inappropriate for the piece, at least in my opinion :)

the phisical specs destroys the ipone. its nearly 2x faster than the iphone. the iphone has a 600mhz processor the nexus one a 1ghz processor or 1000mhz. as for apps, well the iphone still wins.

i find it fascinating that people here have no concept of cost accounting and only consider the cost of the raw materials to create the phone.

Completely neglecting:

1. the overhead

2. design team

3. labor (which is in the video...)

4. setup and tooling of the equipment

5. parts and materials sourcing

6. etc...

the real cost of this phone is substantially more than the sum of its parts.

Ibecause I could not deal with at&t's service where I live. the iphone itself is an amazing piece of technology I was sad to sell it. one thing everyone should know is that Apple products are comprised of parts that apple control not spread out through a bunch of different companies so it is a lot sounder of a business and easier to repair if something goes wrong versus having different parts with different companies
