  • That is just out of this world. The penalty is insane.

  • a schedule 1 narcotic?????, when did these ignorant officials start using US schedule info? they wanted a high profile conviction for drug funding, and probably got it ,.... by using an innocent young girl ...thats sick ,they couldve planted it on a 75 yr old indonesian man instead

  • So sad. Never go to Indonesia.

  • @wogboy54 Fact in gullible peoples minds. Take JFK and Lee Harvey Oswald.

Open any text book and you will read that Oswald was the lone gunman. Forget about the magic bullet or that government is hiding documents about the assassination, till 2029 or beyond? The media have been perpetuating that lie for 50 years and if you were asked on a quiz show ....who shot JFK, the only acceptable answer is Oswald.

That is what I mean about perpetuating the lie until it becomes fact.

  • @MrShunmax ok you need to calm down, and accept the fact that you will never 100 percent know the facts.

  • the question is!

W.T.F are you gonna do bout it julia gillard..

you fucken mole, shapelle corby is innocent, how do i know this..

watch this documentary on the truth of what happened is called

    expendable //

  • @slyonme lmfao I laughed at this comment, you simple cunt.. Wow I watched a documentary that said she didn't do it!!! duh... idiot. Look at her family their fucking nuts.. and her next door neighbor grew pot hmm

  • @loonatik91 I laughed at your comment... "her next door neighbour grew pot..."

Wow ....then I guess that proves she did it !!

I also watched the same documentary. And a couple of others too. And I have read a couple of books about this, and read a shitload of websites about this.

I am also one of the many, who has found out about what went on, behind the scenes ....that you weren't told on TV.

I have learned all about how the media, have brainwashed simple cunts ....like you.

  • dont go to indonesia everyone cut their economy go elsewhere

  • Schapelle is now almost dead... her hair turned white, she can not eat has lost most of her weight, she is in and out of hospital..She can no longer wash her self or do anything.. Her heart is broken and she literally is dying... Don't just walk away... phone the Australian embassy, the UN, Amnesty international... Please someone save this innocent angel

  • Haha smuggling grass into Bali is like trying to smuggle vodka into Russia, it makes no sense.

  • She is GUILTY, there are too many links which come back to Marijuana, the dad and his sophisticated drug ring. Is it a coincidence that she was found with it at the airport? and her whole family have a past that link to the usage or selling or marijuana, they excessively claimed no knowledge of using, The dad would have always had money and im sure they either knew or wanted to know why or how he had it. I DNT believe however she should have been given the sentence she did. 20 years is to long.

  • @wogboy54 Why does the word "guilty" always have to be in capitals...? Does shouting it in caps, give your comment more credibility...? Does posting it twice on the same page, give it more credibility...?

If the family are drug dealers ....then why has not one of them, ever been investigated or charged for drug dealing...? As for dad's "sophisticated drug ring" ....?? Why do the AFP have no interest? Why did Qld police, issue a statement certifying the father's clean background...?

  • @BREACHESoftheIndoLaw lol ok geez its just a word is this better - gUiLtY :). don't focus to much attention to it. and i posted it twice coz my computer froze and i clicked it twice. hows that for credibility. and not all drug dealers are caught. the dad used to buy his stuff from McCauly who grew it all and shipped it off. the dad was one of the buyers that McCauly's runners would deliver too. And seriously she is in jail with 2 men who are marijuina dealers.

  • @wogboy54 Instead of just propagating rumours, you should actually look into McCauley and his story. Neither SA or QLD police, have found any hard evidence, to link him to Michael Corby. They found his claims to be "laughable", as he couldn't even get his story straight.

Given the national interest in this case, ...don't you think that If there was any substance to McCauley's claims, they would have been properly investigated, and the official details revealed to us?

  • @BREACHESoftheIndoLaw as if the mum coincidentaly just lets them casually visit there daughter in prison and they happen to be McCauly and some other dude, and they were known and arrested by the police for the selling of weed.

  • @wogboy54 Who are McCauley's "runners"...? Can you give us some names? Since you seem to know all about the "sophisticated" Corby "drug ring" ...I'm assuming you've done the research, and you can name all the players.

Who is this "other dude"...? What's his name...?

Can you show us your research that substantiates, that he's a drug dealer...?

Or is that also just something you heard ...from someone else, ...at a pub, or at a BBQ or something?

  • @wogboy54 Why weren't their homes their homes in Australia, raided by the AFP drug squad, the very day after Schapelle's arrest?

Why did the Balinese police, not even bother to raid the home of, or investigate her sister Mercedes... her only contact in Bali? Why did they not even bother to investigate Schapelle's travelling companions? ...or check any of the other luggage items...???

  • @BREACHESoftheIndoLaw and all above questions are valid. i too believe they should have searched and raided them all. but when this goes down in a foreign country, they wanted to make an example from a westerner not go swat style. i agree the investigation was not properly acted out in terms of follow up investigation but still do believe she is guilty. truth is no1 will every know for sure without hard evidence. what we all say is hearsay.

  • @wogboy54 You're right about most of the things, in your last comment. The Bali police wanted to make an example of a westerner. They did not go "swat style", or carry out any investigations on Schapelle's travelling companions, or her sister Mercedes or Merc's husband, because they knew it would likely turn up nothing (because they planted the drugs) ...and they did not want any further complications that might expose them.

  • @wogboy54 That would be why they destroyed the evidence, before all the avenues of appeal had been exhausted ...in breach of their own law.

That would be why they refused to reweigh the luggage, or take fingerprints, or DNA test the drugs to identify the strain and origin, ...despite the defendant's request to do so ...in breach of their own law.

This is not heresay, these are the facts.

There is no hard evidence because the Bali police made sure, none would be available.

  • @wogboy54 Read what your writing please! Sophisticated drug ring? Really a sophisticated drug dealer would put his daughter on a flight to Bali via to Sydney so that she would have to go through and extra to airport security procedures. He is so sure of himself that he doesn't bother to cryovac the bag, doesn't bother to disguise the bag of dope, doesn't even bother to put it under the boogie board bag, but puts it on top.

He then gets her to put her name address and phone no on the bag. SURE

  • @MrShunmax unfortunately know one will ever know.

  • it's a good sign? she coming home? lol

  • cannabis a narcotic? more lies about one of the most harmless substances on the planet

  • Mohammad was a pedophile who had sex with a 9 yr old girl named Aisha. He was 46. They think the sharia laws are justice based laws. Is it just for an adult to fuck kids? i use to smoke weed and now don't and my life is normal, i've almost finished my bachelor degree. What's worse smoking weed or being a pedophile like Mohammad? these muslims have laws that are convenient to them, they are allowed to fuck underaged girls like pedophiles but for having weed they get crucified.

  • @Lance0189 these islam countries are hypocrits...

  • THAT JURY AND WHOEVER WAS INVOLVED ARE GOING TO BURN IN HELL.

  • what a strong woman.... her mum is an absolute legend for giving those indonesian scum judges the right words they deserve

I HATE BALI, people ask me why. This is exactly why! INJUSTICE

  • Australia is a piss weak nation.

  • They are a society of peaceful Balinese-Hindus who love Australians. Schappelle's fucked up family has got her into this mess. It is terrible what has happened to her but it is not exactly the Balinese's fault. Somebody close to her set her up.

  • @WINSLOVE1 Who...?

    You got evidence...?

Rumours don't count. Neither do any baseless allegations presented by...

    Today Tonight

    A Current Affair

    junkies

    psychiatric patients

    South Australian drug dealers, or

pseudo-journalists, who write logically inconsistent newspaper articles and books with clichéd titles.

  • @PhopSycH I think there is more evidence that it was her family then it was the Balinese. The weed in the bag was completely sealed to perfection. It was designed to fit perfectly for that bag. The fact that her dad's best friend is notorious drug smuggler Malcolm Macauley. You can have your opinion though man.

  • @WINSLOVE1 If you were to research this case properly, you'd find most of the "evidence" against her family, to be just rumours and baseless allegations, propagated by a bias media. You'd also find out how, when and why, they were started.

You'd also find out that you're wrong, on 3 counts. The weed was in 2 clear plastic bags. The inner one was slashed, and the outer one folded over, and not sealed. This was to let out the aroma, without spilling any contents.

  • @WINSLOVE1 You'd find out that this package, was roughly shoved into the boogie board bag, along with the board and flippers, tearing the seams and damaging the handle.

Why on earth, if you were smuggling dope, would you cram the board & flippers in, as well..?? Why would you tag your name on it...??

  • @WINSLOVE1 And you would find out that Malcolm Macauley, was not her dad's best friend at all. Macauley met the family for the first time, in Bali, during the time of Schapelle's trial. No prior links have ever been proven.

Like I said, rumours and baseless allegations don't count, especially those made by discredited South Australian drug dealers, whose claims were "laughable", according to police.

And none of this, is my opinion.

  • Schapelle was sacrificed by the Australian media and government, you can find all the proof on:

  • @schumifx expendable.tv

  • Even if she was guilty , 20 years is too much

  • They should of took Casey Anthony over there.

  • If anyone still believes she was innocent, please read the book "sins of the father" by "eamonn duff"

  • @Mattoman501 Try a google search for "sins of the father eamonn duff" and see what comes up at the top of the results. Someone has already bought the domain sinsofthefather(dot)net.

There, you can read an objective review of that book.

  • @Zoxo0 Thanks, I have read the book which converted me to believe she is guilty but after reading that webpage I am now again very much undecided...

  • @Mattoman501 Why not have a look at The Primary Smear Report.

    Google search term

    "expendable primary smear report"

And why not check out Anatomy of a Smear, at the Schapelle Corby Media Project. The author of that book has been shot down for his past works of fiction.

    Google search term

"anatomy of a smear eamonn duff"

  • im bout to smoke some ganja merry Xmas corby!! lol

  • lol pwned

  • a society of muslims who hate Australians. Don't hate them back just STAY AWAY!

  • Boycott bali. Even if she's guilty

  • The Bali police planted the drugs in Schapelle's bag.

Their numerous breaches of their own Code of Criminal Procedure, is evidence for this.

Denial and destruction of evidence, failure to investigate, fabricating charges.

Look up "breaches of the indonesian code"

The first results of a Google search for just those words, is content relating to this case. For the Bali police, and for anyone else who thinks Schapelle got a fair trial, this is a problem. . .

  • @BREACHESoftheIndoLaw for the first line, you will never know that answer. and of course if you look up breaches of indonesian code it will come up to the climax of the trial and case being related to indonesia and law. that is a no brainer, Shapelle didn't get a free trial you are correct, she got those trugs to bali successfully instead of going to bali from australia it was a stop over flight so the bags are transferred to a international flight with no checking.

  • @wogboy54 Have you actually done a search on the words "Breaches of the Indonesian code"...? Or are you just having a guess, as to what might come up?

Too right, she didn't get a fair trial ...but do have any idea at all, just how truly unfair?

The fact that she was sentenced to a barbaric 20 years (longer than murders & paedophiles) ...is only the tip of the iceberg.

I suggest you actually search those words I've given... and find out what you weren't told by the media. . .

  • @BREACHESoftheIndoLaw combine that with a corrupted Balinese baggage handler this may have gone unnoticed, and as you believe they breach there own code would have no problems letting it slip by. the bag was in the shape of the boogie board which would have taken hours to get right if someone from bali put them in which is highly unlikely due to timing it would take from flight to land and bag to come out. And who can turn a blind eye to her dad's marijuana connection who had flown to bali

  • @wogboy54 The cannabis package, was not in the shape of a boogie board at all. Nor was it vacuum compressed. The facts, also put these rumours to rest.

4.2 kilos of weed, was in two clear plastic bags. The inner one had a huge slash across most of it's length. The outer one, was not even closed up, the end was just folded over.

This had been haphazardly stuffed into the boogie board bag, on top of the board and flippers as well, causing damage to the bag's seams and the handle.

  • @wogboy54 So, a hypothetical...let's just imagine you're planning to smuggle drugs, into a foreign country that carries the death sentence, for such offences.

You decide to pack 4.2 kilos of weed, into 2 clear plastic bags, and slash the inner one, and fail to seal the outer one ...thus allowing the aroma to escape. You decide that the best way to transport this ...is stuffed into a boogie board bag, along with the board & flippers as well. . .

  • @wogboy54 ...You decide to tag your name & address on the BB bag, and leave it unlocked.

You then decide to even further increase your risk of being caught, (before you're even out of Australia) ...by taking this stinking, bloated BB bag, through not one, but TWO major Australian airports. . .

And you take all this risk, to smuggle drugs into a country ...where you'd only earn a fraction of the profit you'd get for it in Australia. . . . and where you risk the death sentence. . .

  • @wogboy54 Who is this "connection" who flew to Bali to make sure the run went accordingly...? Can you give us a name?

Can you show us some credible proof, that Schapelle's father had a "sophisticated drug ring"..? Results of police investigations ...or something like that...

I can assure you, if such credible evidence existed, it would be easy to find. The media would not need to rely on fabrication and allegations from SA drug dealers, junkies or mental patients.

  • @BREACHESoftheIndoLaw to make sure the run went accordingly. this cannot be pure coincidence that the amount of drugs she had has no link to her fathers sophisticated drug ring.

  • ... all drugs should be legalised and regulated fact no argument!!.... this woman's life is worth more than 4.5k's of hash guilty or not!

  • 20 years? That's a bit excessive, it's only weed.

  • @JohnWoo Indonesia is a Muslim country and if I'm not mistaken they have some very strict drug laws. They also "cane" people on occasion, tie them up and whip them brutally until they bleed. In the 1960's in the US there were TV commercial here warning that drug laws in other countries are far more strict than they are here. Having drugs in your possession at an airport can be a death sentence in many places.

  • @clintonearlwalker I understand that, but it's still pretty sickening. Just because it's written in the law doesn't mean it's right, rape victims in Muslim countries with Sharia laws are often sentenced to death for adultery while the rapist get a slap on the wrist. The only thing that can be said is that Ms. Corby knew the risk and still chose to do it, so she can't blame anybody but herself. With regards to drugs, people should be allowed to put whatever they want into their body.

  • @JohnWoo Many people would disagree with you about your opinions on drugs, (including nearly every government in the world). Whether it's right or not, is not for me to say, nevertheless, it's the way it is. First, as an American, I would never go near any Muslim country simply out of fear, I've seen what happens in Egypt, Libya, Syria, Iran, etc. Second, I certainly wouldn't try to carry drugs through an airport anywhere.

  • @JohnWoo There happens to be, a lot more to be said about this matter, than your simple assertion that 'Ms Corby knew the risk and still chose to do it'

First off, one could speculate on the likelihood of somebody with no prior record, actually being dumb enough, to pack 4.2 kgs of dope, (in 2 clear plastic bags, with the inner one slashed to let out the smell & the outer folded over but not sealed) along with a board & flippers, into a BB bag, bloating and damaging it in the process...

  • @JohnWoo ...and then left it unlocked, and tagged their name on it, and thought they were going to get away with trying to smuggle this, into a country that executes drug traffickers.

Effectively risking their life, to earn a fraction of what they could, selling in Australia.

One could also speculate on the likelihood, of this bloated, stinking BB bag full of weed, getting past all security at 2 major Australian airports, on the same day one was under surveillance, by the AFP.

  • @JohnWoo One could also speculate, on why the Bali police didn't follow their own legal procedure, and broke their own laws, in refusing to reweigh the luggage, or fingerprint the bags, or test the drugs for origin. Or why they broke the Mutual Assistance Treaty, by refusing to give a sample to Australian police. Or why they withheld customs cctv footage, when it was requested. Or why they illegally destroyed the evidence, without preserving a sample, before the appeals were over.

  • @Zoxo0 I think the question that should be asked is, why would the Indonesian gov set Corby up? They know by arresting an Australian and handing her a harsh sentence for only weed trafficking, it's gonna create a media circus.

If the crooked Indo customs were involved with the deal but messed up accidentally, and needed a fall guy they could've easily pinned it on a local resident or some other tourist from a less powerful Asian country.

  • @JohnWoo A media circus is probably what they wanted. If one of their motivations, was to obtain funding from the UN for the War on Drugs, by creating a major incident (ie -a foreigner caught importing a commercial quantity of narcotics), then they would probably want attention drawn to it. Their media was already waiting at Denpasar airport. They were at the scene within minutes.

  • @JohnWoo It's not likely that Indo customs were involved in a deal, that went wrong. If that were so, then as you said, they could easily pin it on a local, or someone from a small country.

It is likely they selected an Australian tourist at random, to impress upon John Howard, their dislike for his recent interference in their local matters, (events of late 90s & early00s) and their desire for the Australian government to cease such interference. To show Australia, they were not weak.

  • @JohnWoo One could continue speculating. On why the Bali police tried to con Schapelle into signing a false confession, written in Indonesian. Or why they didn't bother to check the rest of the luggage, or investigate her companions, or her sister Mercedes, her only contact in Bali.

Or speculate, on how they can pull a trafficking charge out of thin air, on no evidence at all, adding another 10 years, onto 10 already for a possession charge, which wasn't supported by physical evidence.

  • I'M NOT TALKING TO YOU!!!

  • She shoud have got life.

  • What a clown

  • 6.07 cracks me up-"Im not talking to you"-lmao
