ifi cold put the rating to heavy rain i will put 3 becuse, the graphics are very very good hte gameplay is very very realistic but most people plays with pc and this is only for ps3 so i will rate it 3 and i think the ratings of this game will go down becuse its not for pc so yeah

It has nothing to do with the PS3 being good. In fact, it's nothing special at all.

The reason it's not coming for the PC, is because QD gets paid by Sony to only produce the game on their console.

Just like Rockstar or Lucas Arts gets payed by Microsoft to delay the PC version 6 months, forcing eager players to buy Xbox 360s.
