That was due to the low air pressure at Iowa. her car got sucked into the car on the outside of her, she tried to counter steer, got sucked into (the air) of the car below her and bang.
Any way why was there cars three wide before they crossed the white line. Yeah she didn't get on the trottle as quick as some of the other guys/ladys, but even veterans can make this mistake.
I can think of much worse drivers in the IRL and F1 that are MALE.

This one. The amount of times. Hornish JR's car has got sideways and his counter steered, to avoid spinning. Mostly all the crashes his been, was due to the fact of other people running into him.
