Typophone 4 Theme 88:88 Blinking Clock Fix [Part 2]

does this blinking clock happen to every1 who uses typophone4? or jz some? how did it happen? n how to avoid this? im abt to change ma lock screen but after watching this vid, i have doubts. thanks!!

i downloaded the typophone recently. i followed the steps and go to style.css file, it is already background-image:url('LockBack­­ground.png') :( how can i solve the 88:88 problem?

how do i change it to 24-hour clock?

@BlackCmon go into style.css file and look for 24 hours clock. I think that is what it says and change it from False to True or if its vise versa. It has been a while since I've had this theme so I can hardly remember. This should work tho. Let me know if it helps!

@gcteck85 They have an update for Typophone 4 now. I'd suggest you to update it. I am sure it'll fix it. If not, you will have to go to the css file inside of you Typophone 4 theme through iFile or Cyberduck! Let me know fi you need some help!

@aaarsix Yes, iFile is $4. You can do this with Cyberduck if you know how to use that. It is easier through iFile thought because Cyberduck you have to use a computer.

@aaarsix I download iFile for free. Though, very often tells me that failed registration /:) ... I guess you can live with that :D BTW I use this lock screen for my iPod 2G late release 4.2.1 firmware with RedSnow jailbrake.

Ok i got it" the blinking had stopped and i changed my wallpaper by copying the url and pasting it to the theme, thank you soo much buddie :)

@Venode make sure you've changed from this:

background-image:url('/private­/var/mobile/Library/SpringBoar­d/LockBackground.jpg ');

to:

background-image:url('LockBack­ground.png');

Shouldn't have a problem if followed correctly. Let me know if you need more help.

@DoDaHumptyOnDaMonkey You probably did it just as he mention it but for some reason as soon as you put "png" the iphone will replace it  because it reads it as an error . So just just rewrite it and it should stay . By the way it's less of a hassle if you delete what you have to first then replace the "jpg" to "png"

4. CHANGE:

background-image:url('/private­/var/mobile/Library/SpringBoar­d/LockBackground.jpg ');

to:

background-image:url('LockBack­ground.png');
