I knew when Bily was singing this song to often in the last 12 monhs of his life that he knew his time was growing ahort on thius planet we call eath. As of July 17, another missing Mr. Bill Perry's voice and music. Debbie Baker
I spent summer'2000 in Sugar Loaf, I lived very close to "Terrapin Station", just across the railway tracks, every tuesday and every thursday (I hope I'm right about it) I used to drink beer and listen to Him and his music - I was far from my home, family and you can imagine how did it taste, I mean music. I hoped we meet again in Poland but I missed his visit in Jimiway Blues Festival. R.I.P. Billy
The last time I saw Billy he was proforming in Middletown NY. He really was amazing. You could get lost in his music as he took you on this wonderful musical ride. I will always remeber your laugh... I am glad to have have known you...wish you where here.
Billy was a friend of mine. So sorry that I didn't get to say goodbye. You where such a cool guy. And a great musician. We all first met back in the days of Sugarloaf, Carla, Alan....Anybody out there know how to conatct these people??? Please let them know that I am searching for them. So sorry I didn't show up.
