you can be healthy and athletic while eating kfc. Just... eat it in moderation, and exersize regularly. Last month i was a kfc eater, and weight 80kg at 12 years old. Now, i am STILL a kfc eater, but have lost 8kg, because i have started to work out more, and not go so wild. =)
