@BloodrealmX technically for Setsuna, they met Mecha to mecha first, but the first face-to-face meeting, Setsuna nearly shot the poor fool. Also, You noticed how after Code Geass, all their hand guns became just like it was made years into the future unlike the old mecha anime. I mean in Cosmic Area Gundam Seed, we still have freaking normal Colt, but Code Geass and Gundam 00 has laser designator pistols and hand guard Pistol. Look like anime is finally improving in that department. XD

Ribbons cannot control Innovators. He can control Innovades, which is what most of the self-proclaimed "Innovators" were for much of the series. Innovades are basically biological terminals for Veda. Ribbons' ability to control them simply has to do with his exclusive control of Veda, nothing else. Nena was an Innovade created by Alejandro Corner with Ribbons' help. Louise's innovation too was controlled by Ribbons.

Homer Katagiri looks alot like a younger version of Jamitov Hymem, similar face structure, very similar choice of hair style (or lack thereof) right down too the goatee. The both of them share a similar point of view about use of power and use of information control and fusing the regular and special forces together... need I say more?
