It is called crabwalking. You go up to a wall that you can swap turn and then you hold left and quickly press down A at the same time. search crabwalking on here and youll find lots of videos on how to do it.

also another one that you will definetly need is the automatic active what you do is have a weapon out shoot it how ever many times you want then press reload and imediatly after switch to the gun you want active you will have to reload perfectly and you have it (bullets dont blink though but you do have active but not 4 ever)

You can do the glitch where he's holding his ass another way, remote chainsaw method but instead of pushing B, X Over your lancer which is on the ground, do it over your shotgun holding your lancer, then switch to handgun, then the weapon you swapped for your lancer. It's a bit harder but you can do it if you keep trying. Other people don't see it though, just like the invisibility glitch without the invisibility.
