In one talk everything is perfect......in another there are morals and good and bad, right and wrong and all that is judgment..........ALL means all and all is allways and in all ways perfect, morals are social contructs it is all experience and if we all have a soul and that soul is perfect..........even the so called despots ans saints are seen in the same light........hopefully Mr Cohen's prsonal evolution continues :-)
I agree, I can not take this man seriously. Not only he babbles so much but, also you can sense that he is not real nor has a good mind. Be saved and read Acts 2:38 Bible verse.
It is hard to take him seriously because he babbles on so fast. Giving up your personality to exclusively care about others to be "a saint" like he defines it is selfdestructive on my opinion. The differentiation between soul and consciousness is also very arguable - how can consciousness exist without a person (with a soul) who is conscious. Sorry, this is all not very well researched or thought through...
That was beautiful but I don't know why he didn't mention James Brown?? I mean, isn't he the Godfather of Soul? I was on this meditation retreat last month and our teacher wanted to demonstrate the difference between ego and soul to us so he played 'Get Up I want to be a Sex Machine'. He said 'now THAT's soul!' -- and we all understood.
If Andrew understand that at the deepest level "all there is, is Consciousness," why is he so hung up on "development?" Consciousness does not "develop," it only "appears" to develop from the standpoint of ego. Growth and Consciousness are not compatible because one is non-dual and one is dual.All there is, is Consciousness. End of story. The rest is baggage.
