Um, I'm actually the reporter who did the farm piece. Of those fed, 40 percent are children. Another 20 percent or so are either senior citizens or disabled.

Over half the families who receive such aid have at least one working adult. But they're pretty much locked in jobs where they can't put a roof over their heads and food on the table.
