The problem is that the button that locks in needs to be cleaned, as it more than likely has some dirt in it. At the store I work at, we repair and clean all of our strollers and car seats that we sell. Speak with the store you bought it at, or you can try to lubricate it yourself. If this doesn't work, find a stroller repair place in your area.
