...It's... It's really not. For him, this is easy as shit. I am a guitar player, this is not a real challenge. The only remotely difficult part is the solo, and that's still pretty light for what he's done in some of his other songs. If you want a real challenge, play The Cataclysm. This doesn't even hold a candle to it, frankly.

Oh, he is. He's incredibly tasteful, easily one of my biggest influences. No one knows how to utilize contrast like he does.

I just wish he had a better singer as a live stand-in, this guy is terrible...

It is possible to play that fast,

but this guy has total control and it sounds like music and not like exercises and also his tone is very nice. And he does his stuff live with ease not like Herman Li. This is music combined with technique not like others shredders.

Youre right Ohmura is amazing and it is sad that guys like Herman Li are famous and Takoyoshi isnt.

...Err... Yes and no. Their vocalist is fucking horrendous. Takayoshi sounds amazing, as always, and the rest of his band is competent, but whoever the hell he grabbed as a stand-in for Doogie White is utterly pathetic. He should've tried to hit up Yama B or something, now that he isn't singing for Galneryus anymore.
