No, you are not going to die. You will be moving from what they call "3rd Density" to 5th density automatically if you choose. If you have been meditating on the transition, you will become more interconnected to all that is, and a profound spiritual awakening will occur. He says your body is a temple,so that means that you will still inhabit it, and that you should care for it, because caring for your body is respect for yourself. Respect for yourself is the source,then you can respect others.
