Man, I really enjoy watching that Viper player. This is the best Viper I've seen so far. That Gouki's special took 50% of her health? That's ridiculous for one move.

yh but when u consider that its harder to pull off in sf4 and that viper's base health is lower than most of the other characters then there is definitely gonna b that kind of hefty damage.

You're joking, right? It's a fucking throw. It's one of the easiest hits in the game to land. Get right up in their face, throw it off, voila, instant overpowered ultra.

Viper was absolutely rocking that Akuma until he got that Ultra off and took out a good 60% or so of her health. Ridiculous.

from my own experience messing with Ultras in the game, i find that they have significantly higher start-up time than Supers. if a random Ultra occured, i could most likely block/jump.

however in this instance, the Viper carelessly did a burning kick that left her in a situation where she was recovering and could not react to the Ultra.

a random Gouki Ultra without any real thought behind it, would not land. so no, it's not easy to land. overpowered? debatable.

Don't you know? As soon as a player loses against a move... that move is instantly 'overpowered'. hehehehe.

Seriously, if Akuma's Ultra is so powerful, and so easy to land... I wonder why it isn't Akuma players that are winning every single tournament. Something to think about, no?

ex Burning Kick. You don't really see the 'screw attack' unless it hits. Otherwise it just comes out really fast, then you see the kick.

BTW the damage looks so big because along with Akuma, Viper has a very low defense as well

Actually, Akuma's stats are permittable, his low stun and very low defense compensates for his "overpowerment"
