At my Univ as student was in an accident. An employee looked up his personal records and notified his parents. That student didn't want his parents to know where he was. The University got sued and had to pay out a lot of money.
While at the state house she could fill out the birth announcement form, which the state would send to the two local newspapers. So the certificate of live birth plus the birth announcements in the two local newspapers prove one thing - that obama's mom gave birth then soon after told hawaiian officials she had - not enough proof for me.
Obama hasn't proven to my satisfaction that he was born in hawaii. If he released the vault copy- the copy kept at the hospital of his birth, which includes the name of the doctor and nurse, birthweight, etc - that would be proof enough for me. The problem with the form he's shown is that obamas mom could've birthed him anywhere, gone to the state house, and the registrar would've recorded the birth, as long as she could show proof of residency in hawaii for at least one year.
Hillary didn't press Obama's proof of eligibility for three possible reasons : 1. Fear of being painted a racist or wingnut 2. Barack Obama was born at Kapi'olani Medical Center. There were some incorrect reports that he was born at Queen's Hospital, an easy mistake to make since the Kapi'olani Medical Center was named after Queen Kapi'olani .

If so, you should be able to answer these 2 questions-
1. What hospital was Obama born in?
2. How did the newspapers that published his birth get their information?
If you can't answer those 2 questions, you did not do a thorough investigation.
The real question is could Obama's parents registered him in the system after he was born outside of a hospital, like in a home?
