@schoonfam08 i don't think disney would let you to be honest, universal still hold the rights for any marvel based amusement park attractions for the next 5-6 years and even then i can't see them pulling down marvel super hero island.. it's amazingly popular, plus i don't think Disney really need to use the marvel license in their parks, it wouldn't really fit.. in the same way they never used the power rangers license..

Universal's deal with Marvel wasn't part of Disney's acquiring Marvel. Some loophole with the theme parks. It is hinted there might be Marvel attractions added in the future in Paris, Hong Kong or Tokyo since Universal doesn't have the rights overseas but currently there are no plans to do anything in Orlando.

Universal only licensed the rights to use it, which means when the contract is up its the discretion of Disney and Universal whether or not to resign the contract. Similar to how Disney's MGM Studios had to be changed to Disney's Hollywood Studios because they didn't repurchase the rights to use MGM's name.

I might be in the minority in saying this, but i want to see Marvel characters at the Disney Parks. I think they would fit in at Disney's Hollywood Studios. They fit in with the hero theme of Power Rangers and The Incredibles.

Disney won't be using the marvel license in their parks anytime in the forseeable future.. it's just not very good business sense.. universal have it covered and have spent millions upon millions creating marvel super hero island.. Disney wouldn't try to ruin that, they have a very good working realtionship in orlando, maybe disneyland paris might get something soon?
