@PrincessSira I know this is REALLY late, but the anime at 2:16 is Code Geass. I highly recommend it. It's the best anime you'll ever watch. It's got just about everything you ask for in an anime. I only have two warnings for you. You get mind fucked in more than half of season one and all of season two (A.K.A. Code Geass R2) and you might end up drowning in your own tears from crying so much because of how sad it is. ^^ I hope this helped!
